I remember getting excited scrolling through because there were a couple of really cute pieces I could already picture wearing. But when I went to pick my size, two of the things I liked were sold out. The items are adorable, but it was a bit of a letdown

"Something feels off for the price"
I really wanted to like this because it looked cute online, but once it arrived, something just felt off. The quality felt cheaper than I expected for what I paid, and the shipping took longer than I was hoping. Overall, I don’t feel like it was worth the money.

I was going to place an order, but the shipping cost made me pause. It feels really overpriced for what it is, and I can’t help wondering if they’re making extra money off the shipping instead of just charging the actual cost

My order had an issue at first, and support took longer than I expected, but they did eventually get it sorted out. Was I a little annoyed by the wait?? Yeah, but at least it got fixed...

"Order took longer than it should have"
I get that delays can happen, and I don’t expect everything to ship instantly, but this felt a bit unfair as a customer. My order took way too long just to even be processed, and there weren’t any clear updates along the way. I ended up having to reach out twice just to find out what was going on. For the amount of time I waited, I think better communication would’ve been reasonable. I probably wouldn’t order from here again.

I’ve washed them a few times now and they still look good. No weird shrinking or falling apart or anything like that, so yeah, so far they’re doing fine

"I thought the dress was really cute overall..."
I thought the dress was really cute overall, but the color looked a bit more muted in person than it did on the website. It’s still totally wearable, just not exactly the shade I was expecting. A friend recommended this one to me, so I was excited to try it, and I’ll still get use out of it.

"Exchange worked out, but I wasn’t super confident in the process"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to do an exchange. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once, which made me a little unsure if anyone was actually handling it. I’m always a bit wary with customer service stuff, and this didn’t exactly make me feel reassured. The new item did arrive and it was fine, so it worked out in the end, but I wish the whole process had been faster and a lot clearer.

Maybe I’m being a little picky because I was already in a rush when it arrived, but the box showed up crushed and the dress had this weird tape smell to it. Not the best first impression.

"Styling Help Wasn’t Really That Helpful"
I tried using laceandgraceboutiqueoh.com because I was hoping to get some actual personalized styling advice, but it felt rushed. The suggestions didn’t really line up with what I asked for, so I still ended up figuring most of it out on my own. The replies were kind of Vague too, which made it more frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t really worth the Time.

"Cute little shop, super easy to browse"
I popped in while I was in the area it had such a calm, cute vibe. It wasn’t crowded or overwhelming, which I really appreciated, I’m not trying to be followed around while I shop, you know? The displays were laid out nicely and made it easy to look around, and the staff greeted me but then gave me space. My only tiny complaint is that the racks could use a little more breathing room, especially if someone else is trying to squeeze by too. But overall, really nice spot.

"Refund took way longer than I expected"
I did eventually get my refund, but it took almost two weeks and I had to email them twice to get any kind of update. I felt a bit misled because I expected the process to be much quicker and more straightforward. Not a great experience.

"Cute shop, but wow… what a joke"
The shop itself has some really cute stuff, but the staff kind of ruined the whole vibe for me. I asked one simple question and got such a short, rude response—like, what a joke. Maybe they were just having an off day, but I felt super unwelcome and awkward the rest of the time. i’m not sure I’d bother going back.

"Sales are actually not worth it"
The promo looked good at first, but once I actually checked the prices, the discount was barely anything. It didn’t really feel like a real sale to me. I expected better deals, so I wouldn’t bother waiting around for their promotions.
